Indonesia suppliers

Developing reliable and competitive supply chain can contribute to overall efficiency of our projects and operations.

The Banyu Urip project strives to create economic opportunity for local communities, whenever possible. That is why all five of our EPC contractors are Indonesianled consortium companies. During the project development phase, more than 460 national companies supported the consortiums as subcontractors. More than 85 percent of these were national subcontractors which originated from neighboring areas, particularly from Bojonegoro and Tuban.

Since 2015, EMCL has actively conducted trainings for procurement processes for local suppliers and contractors. This effort was taken as part of a capacity development initiative to ensure all the process’ fulfilled good corporate governance requirements. We have also contributed to the development of the local economy in Bojonegoro, Blora and Tuban, evident through the growth and expansions of several companies that have worked with us. Many have also benefited from our training programs and have gained recognition for their work.
