President, ExxonMobil Indonesia

Ms. Carole Gall was appointed as President ExxonMobil Indonesia in January 2023 and President ExxonMobil Cepu Limited in July 2022. She began her career with Esso UK (an ExxonMobil affiliate) in 1995 as a reservoir engineer.

She advanced through upstream engineering, operations, planning and commercial roles in the United Kingdom and the United States before taking on a global commercial manager position in the ExxonMobil Production Company in 2009.

Subsequently, Ms. Gall became Joint Interest Asset Manager in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. In 2018, Ms. Gall was appointed President & Managing Director of Esso Exploration & Production Chad Inc., a position she held until January 2022, when she moved to the United States on a short-term assignment as Executive Advisor.

Ms. Gall is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Geologie in France. Ms. Gall enjoys connecting with family, traveling, and sports in her spare time. She is an avid runner and is considering adding golf, scuba diving and cycling to her list of hobbies.

Senior Vice President Production, ExxonMobil Indonesia

Nurdin obtained his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. In 1998, he joined ExxonMobil as a Senior Engineer.

After many technical and operational assignments in Indonesia and Australia in 2010, Nurdin was appointed as Regional Facilities Engineering Lead for Europe and Caspian. After that, he was appointed as the Regional Planning Advisor for America and Canada, based in Houston.

In 2012, he returned to Indonesia as BTPO Operations Coordinator, prior to his assignment as Planning and Commercial Manager in 2013. He was appointed Vice President Planning and Commercial ExxonMobil Indonesia a year later. Following two years in this role and responsibility, Nurdin was then appointed as Vice President.

Since June 2019, Nurdin has been the Senior Vice President of Production for ExxonMobil Indonesia.

Senior Vice President Finance, ExxonMobil Indonesia

Graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelor of Economics degree, Florentina Hatmi joined ExxonMobil in 1990 as a Financial Reporting Supervisor in ExxonMobil Indonesia.

In 2001, She became the Facilities Manager before working as a Production Controller in 2009.

In 2010, She was appointed as Vice President Finance and Support Services for ExxonMobil Indonesia.

Executive Chairman, PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia

It has been 25 years journey in ExxonMobil for Mr. Deepankar since his first day in 1997. 

Mr. Deepankar is a Mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology Durgapur India and acquired a MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur India. 

He is now the Indonesia Lubricants Market Manager & Executive Chairman of PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (EMLI) since he was appointed on December 1, 2021. 

Prior to his current position, he was assigned as India Lubricants Market Manager & CEO of EMLPL India from 2016 to 2021.

He came with vast experience in the lubricants business across Asia Pacific with numerous leadership roles in marketing. He has also served as the AP Manager of the Aviation & Marine Fuels GBU.  

Vice President Director, PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia

Victor Seeto joined ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (EMLI) as Vice President Director on April 1st, 2022. Victor has been with ExxonMobil for more than 26 years.

He joined the company in 1996 in China LPG Venture. In 2001, he was assigned to the commercial group to develop Sinopec and Saudi Aramco in Fujian Province, China, a marketing joint venture, the first fully integrated Sino-foreign joint venture in refining, chemical, distribution and retail in China.

Thereafter, he took up an assignment in ExxonMobil Aviation on fuels business in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Prior to joining EMLI, he was General Manager Commercial Fuels for Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing the LPG and B2B fuels segments. He held directorship on the boards of ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited and Esso LPGas Hong Kong Limited.

Victor has bachelor degrees in Biochemistry from University of Hong Kong , Law from University of London, and an MBA from the University of Warwick. He held positions as a member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Business Environment Council in the Advisory Group for Sustainable Living Environment.

Vice President Public and Government Affairs, ExxonMobil Indonesia

Dave A. Seta was appointed Vice President Public and Government Affairs ExxonMobil Indonesia in April 2022.

Dave joined ExxonMobil in 2008, and throughout his career with ExxonMobil, Dave has held operational and managerial positions both in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Prior to his current position, Dave served as Media and Communications Manager to ExxonMobil’s PNG LNG in Papua New Guinea. His primary expertise has been in community development, communications and government relations.

As Vice President Public and Government Affairs of ExxonMobil’s affiliates in Indonesia, Dave, a Communication bachelor from Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta, is responsible for leading the company’s external relationships with the government, partners, media, community, and other key stakeholders. He is married with two daughters. Spending time with his family and listening to new music is what he loves the most.
